Purpose
ThecombinationoftheOmnimodeandthevertical
slicewillgiveanoptimalvisualizationofthecatch
situation.Observethisproceduretofamiliarizeyourself
withthecatchdatapresentationprovidedbytheSH90.
TheCatchDataviewisonlyavailableinthefollowing
presentationmodes:
•Bowup/V ertical
•Truemotion/V ertical
•270°/Vertical
Thepurposeofthisviewistoofferinformationrelatedtothecatchphase.
Therearetwocatchdatapresentationmodes,dependingonthegearyouhavechosenin
theGeardialogontheSetupmenu.Thescreencaptureshownherereectsapurseseine.
Important
Menu
Notethatthisviewisbydefaultlocatedontherighthandsideofthe
SH90presentation,andoftenhiddenbehindthemenu.Inordertosee
theview,presstheMenubuttonontheOperatingpanel,orclickthe
FullScreen:OnbuttonontheDisplaymenu.

InordertoseetheechointheCatchDataview,youmuststartatargettrackonthe
chosentarget(school).

1LocatetheModebuttononthetopofeachmenu.
2ClickModetochoosepresentationmodeBowUp/V ertical.
3Chooseanyechoonthesonarpresentation,placethecursorontopoftheecho,and
presstheT argetTrackbuttonontheOperatingPaneltostartatargettrack.
4Observethecatchdatapresentation,andcompareitwiththeexampleprovided.
