Transducerhandling

TheSimradSH90isanomnidirectionalhighfrequencysonar.
Itisdesignedforallsizedshingvessels,bothpurseseinersandtrawlers.
Theoperationalfrequencyis114kHz.Thecylindricalmulti-elementtransducerallows
theomnidirectionalsonarbeamtobetiltedelectronicallyfrom+10to–60degrees.
Thisallowsyoutoautomaticallytrackschoolsofsh,andtoobservethewholewater
volumearoundthevessel.Astabilisingsystemisincludedforelectronicpitchand
rollcompensation.
Greatemphasishasbeenplacedongivingthebestpossiblesonarpresentationsona
highresolutioncolourdisplay.
