inthesonarsystem.Italsoprovides

accesstospecicsystemparametersand

functionssuchasTestandStore/Recall.

Menubuttons

•Store/Recall:Clickthisbuttontorecordandplaybacksonar

images.

•Test:Clickthisbuttontoaccessthesonar’stestsoftware.

Theseutilitiesareonlyprovidedforcertiedservice

technicians,andtheyarenotdocumented.

•Gear:Thisbuttonisusedtoselectthetypeofshinggear

youuse,andtogettherightsizeandpositionofthegearon

thedisplay.

•School:Thisparameterisusedtoobtaininformationofthe

volumeestimationofaschoolintheautomatictargettracking

program.

•DeadReckoning:Thisisanon/offfunction.Whenoff,the

GPSisusedtocalculatethepositionofyourvessel.Whenon,

thecurrentspeedandtheinputfromthegyroisused.

•Stabilizer:Whenthisfunctionisactive,thesonarwill

automaticallyadjustthesonarpicturetocompensateforthe

ship’smovementsinthesea.

•Movements:Thisfunctionmakesitpossibletoestimatethe

positionofatrackedschoolatagiventime.
