MENUDESCRIPTIONS
TheSimradSH90sonarisequippedwithanextensivemenu
system,andyouwillusethistochooseparametersforthevarious
operationalmodes.Inordertoselectactivemenuandtoclickthe
variousbuttons,youmustusethecursor.Thecursoriscontrolled
bythetrackballontheOperatingPanel,andto“click”you
simplypresstheSelectbutton.

Activemenus
Theactivemenusarethoserelevantforthedifferentoperational
modes.Themenusareshownwithverticalselectortabsonthe
righthandside,andeachmenucaneasilybeselectedusingthe
trackballandtheSelectbuttonontheOperatingPanel.Allmenus
haveaccesstoon-linehelpthroughaHelpbutton.
Horizontalmenu
Menudescription
TheHorizontalmenuisusedtocontrolthe
horizontalpresentations.Theparameters
chosenarepresentinalldisplaymodes.
Whenahorizontalparametersettingis
selectedanddenedinonemode,the
chosensettingswillautomaticallybe
appliedtoallmodes.TheHorizontal2
menuisidenticaltotheHorizontalmenu.
ItisusedduringDual1andDual2
operations.
