Westronglyadviceyoutocreateyourownbackuponcethe
sonarinstallationhasbeencompleted.Yourbackupwillthen
includetheoperatingsystem,thesonarsoftware,aswellasall
theinterfaceparametersdened.

Thisprocedureisusedwhenyouwishtocreateabackup
containingyourentireSH90ProcessorUnit.Theapplication
usedtodothebackupisNortonGhost8.Thisapplicationis
providedonabootableUSBmemorydevice.
Tocreatethebackupimage,youneedthebootableUSBmemory
deviceprovidedwiththeSH90.
1BootthecomputerfromtheUSBmemorydevice.
ThisproceduredescribeshowtostartupSH90Processor
UnitfromabootableUSBmemorydevice,andhowthe
NortonGhost8utilitystartsautomatically.
1ConnectacomputerkeyboardtooneoftheUSB
connectorsonthecomputer.
2Insertthebootablememorydevice(USBmemory
stick).
3PoweruptheProcessorUnitwiththefrontmounted
on/offbutton(behindthelid).
4AssoonastheBIOSstartstoload,pressF8tochoose
bootdevice.
5Whenthebootdeviceselectiondialogopens,choose
theUSBmemorystick
