Parameters

Search Step

The Search Step parameter dialogue opens when you click the

Search Step button in the Bearing parameter dialogue. The

Bearing parameter dialogue opens when you click the Bearing

button in the Horizontal menu.

This parameter dialogue is used to deﬁne the size of each step (in

degrees) the audio beam will travel between each transmission.

This function is used when the Auto Search mode is enabled.

The following options are available in the

Search Step parameter

dialogue:

• + (plus): Click to increase the step size.

• – (minus): Click to decrease the step size.

•

Close: C lick to close the parameter dialogue.

•

Help: Click to access the on-line help.
