presentation,thefulldimensionofthescreenisusedfortheecho
presentation.Whenthefullscreenechopresentationisdisplayed,
thecursormaybeusedtoactivatethemenueldbymovingitto
theleftorrightextremesofthescreen.Ifyoumovethecursor
outsidethemenuelditwillhidethemenu.
