Menuoptions
•EraseEchoes:Whenthisfunctionisselected,allechoes
displayedonthesonarviewwillbedeleted.
•MakeSameSize:Whenthisfunctionisselected,window
areastiledverticallywillacquirethesamewidth.
•Greyscaledata:Thiscommandchangesthedisplayfrom
acolourpresentationtoablack-and-white.Thenumberof
shadesofgreyandthenumberofdifferentcoloursusedwill
bethesame.Thegreyscalepresentationcanbeselectedfor
singularsonarviewsindependentofeachother.Clickone
moretimetorestorethecolours.
•ViewMenu:Whenthisfunctionisselectedmenuswillbe
displayedaccordingtotheviewinwhichthecursorissituated.
SeveraldifferentViewmenusareavailable.
Objectpop-upmenu
TheObjectpop-upmenuisopenedusingtheObjectbuttonover
thetrackballontheOperatingPanel,orther
i g h t mousebutton
ifanoptionalcomputermouseisinstalled.Thispop-upmenuis
mainlyusedwhenyouoperatethesonarfromanoptionalmouse,
asmostofthefunctionsonitcanbeselecteddirectlyonthe
OperatingPanel.Notethatthecursorrelatedselectionsinthe
Objectpop-upmenuusethecursorpositionwherethepop-up
menuwasactivated.
