Viewpop-upmenu
TheViewpop-upmenuisopenedusingtheViewbuttononthe
OperatingPanel(orthem i d d l e mousebuttonifanoptional
computermouseisinstalled).
Menuoptions
•SetNewDisplayCentre:Whenthisfunctionisselected,the
newdisplaycentreismovedtothecursor’spositionwhere
theViewmenuwasactivated.
•ShipToCentre:Whenthisfunctionisselected,theownship
symbolismovedtothecentreoftheview.
•Zoom:Thezoomfunctionmagniesanareaofthedisplay
bypositioningthecursorinitscentreandpressingtheZoom
button.Withinthesonarpresentationarea,theZoombutton
worksasatoggleswitchforon/offofthezoomfunction.In
thetextareaofthescreen(thefourcorners),theZoombutton
worksinsteps.
•EraseEchoes:Whenthisfunctionisselected,allechoes
displayedonthesonarviewwillbedeleted.
•Synchronize-Thisfunctionisnotoperationalonthesonar.
Forsynchronizationtoexternalequipment,refertotheSetup
menu.
•MakeSameSize:Whenthisfunctionisselected,window
areastiledverticallywillacquirethesamewidth.
•Greyscaledata:Thiscommandchangesthedisplayfrom
acolourpresentationtoablack-and-white.Thenumberof
shadesofgreyandthenumberofdifferentcoloursusedwill
bethesame.Thegreyscalepresentationcanbeselectedfor
singularsonarviewsindependentofeachother.Clickone
moretimetorestorethecolours.
•ViewMenu:Whenthisfunctionisselectedmenuswillbe
displayedaccordingtotheviewinwhichthecursorissituated.
