Thisprocedureexplainshowtosavethecurrentcongurationandparametersettings.
Ifyouhaveseveraluserswithfavouritecongurations,ifyouworkwithdifferentgears,
orwithdifferenthardwarecongurations,depthorbottomconditions,werecommend
thatyousavethePI50operationalparametersforfutureuse.
Ifyouhaveseveraldifferentsensorcongurationsdedicatedforvariousgearsordifferent
tasks,wealsostronglyrecommendthatyousavethese.
ThesettingssavedusingtheUserSettingsfunctionalityincludesallreceiversettings,
interfaceparameters,aswellasthecurrentlyselectedsensorsandtheircommunication
parameters.Thisisusefulifyouoperateacombinedtrawlerandseinerusingdifferent
sensorsetuponthedifferentgears.
1ObservetheMainmenu.ItisnormallylocatedontherighthandsideofthePI50
presentation.
2ClicktheUserSettingsbuttontoopentheUserSettingsdialog.
3IntheUserSettingdialog,clicktheSaveCurrentSettingbutton.
4IntheSettingdialog,clickOKtoacceptthesuggestedname.
5Youcanalsochooseadifferentname.
IfyouhaveakeyboardconnectedtothePI50computer,youcanclickinthetext
eld,removethesuggestion,andenteranyname.
IfyoudonothaveacomputerkeyboardconnectedtoyourPI50system,clickthe
Keyboardbuttontoopenanon-screenkeyboard.
ClickOKtosavethesettingswiththechosenname.
