AnycommercialcolourdisplaycanbeusedwiththeSimradPI50systemprovidedthat

thedisplaymeetsthebasicspecications.

AdedicatedmaritimecomputermaybeprovidedwiththeSimradPI50system.

Whenthiscomputerissupplied,itisreadilysetupwithallnecessarysoftware.The

computeriscustomizedbySimradtocontainnomovingparts.

Thecomputerisnormallymountedinthewheelhouse.Ifyouwishtotakeadvantage

oftheaudiblealarmsoffered,thecomputermustbeinstalledinsuchmannerthatthe

built-inloudspeakercanbeheard.Asanalternative,anexternalpoweredloudspeaker

canbeconnected.

ThePI50MarineComputerdoesnotcontainanyfans.Itwillbeverywarm,evenduring

normaloperation.

AnycommercialcomputercanalsobeusedwiththeSimradsystemprovidedthatthe

computermeetsthebasicminimumspecications.
