informationaboutthe

currentdepthandthe

depthchangesofyour

gear.

•Onabottomtrawl,

youwillusethe

sensortoachieve

fullcontrolwhen

shooting,andto

positionthetrawl

ontheslope.

•Duringpelagic

trawling,youknow

howimportantitistopositionthetrawlrelativetothelargestconcentrationofsh.

ByusingaPIDepthsensor,youcanmonitortheexactdepthrelativetothesurface,

andadjustthetrawldepthaccordingly.Additionaldepthsensorsonthedoorswill

monitorifthedoorsstayatthesamedepth.

•Duringseining,usethePIDepthsensortomonitorthedepthofthenet,andthe

descendingspeedofthenet.Thenyouwillknowwhentostartpursing,andwhich

speedtouse.

•MountedonaDanishSeinethePIDepthsensormonitorsthesinkingspeedofthenet,

anditwilltellyouwhentostarthaulingoncethenethasstoppedsinking.

Threesensorversionsareavailable.Thesearesetupformaximumdepth300m,600

mor1000m.Thedepthrangeisxedbythefactory,andcannotbechangedinthePI

Conguratorutility.
