Purpose
ThePing-PingFilterremovesunwantednoiseandechoesfromtheechogrampresentation.
Description
Thelterhasthreedifferentstrengths.Asthe
ping-to-pingltercomparestheechoesfromthelatest
ES70transmissions(“pings”)andechoes,itwilltake
aselectedamountsofthesetransmissionstomakea
stablepresentationwhenchangingmostoftheES70
parameters.Thelteringroutinetakesthevessel’s
movementsintoconsiderationwhencomparingtheechoesfrompingtoping.
