TheEchogramdialogisopenedbyclickingtheEchogrambuttonontheActivemenu.
Purpose
TheEchogramdialogallowsyoutosetuptheparameterscontrollingtheechogram
presentation.Thethreetabscontrolthehorizontallines,theechogramtypewithapplied
TVG,andhowfasttheechogrammovesacrossthedisplay.

TheEchogramdialogisthemainsourceforallechogrampresentationchoices.
Thedialogisprovidedwiththreetabstosetuptheparameters.
1Lines
TheLinestabintheEchogramdialogallowsyoutocontrolthehorizontaland
verticallinesusedtoenhancetheechogrampresentation.Itallowsyoutochange
theappearanceofthebottomline.Youcanaddanextrabottomline,andinaddition
tothisyoucanenableeitherawhitelineorahardnessindicatorline.Thetabalso
offersseveralhorizontalinformationlines,andyoucanchoosetheverticalscale
oftheechogram.Finally,theLinestabofferstimeordistancemarkers,andyou
canenableannotations.

TheEchogramtabintheEchogramdialogallowsyoutoselectwhichTVGcurveto
usefortheechogram.Youcanchoosefromseveralstandardcurves,ormakeyour
own.Thetabalsoallowsyoutochoosewhichtypeofechogramyouwishtodisplay.
3HorizontalAxis
TheHorizontalAxistabintheEchogramdialogallowsyoutochoosethehorizontal
scaleoftheechogram.Thiscontrolshow“fast”theechogrammovesfromright
towardsleftacrossthedisplay.
