Purpose
TheI/OSetupdialogallowsyoutocontrolthepropertiesofeachoftheavailable
communicationchannelsontheES70computer.
Description
TheES70software
automaticallyscansthe
computertolocateand
identifyEthernet(LAN)and
seriallineinterfaces.
Oncethesoftwarehas
establishedalistofvalid
interfaces,youcansetupand
controltheparameters.The
I/OSetupdialogprovidestwo
lists,oneforserialportsand
oneforEthernet(LAN)ports.Youcanaddanddeleteportsaspermittedbytheinterface
resourcesprovidedbythecomputer,andyoucandenecommunicationparameters
foreachindividualport.
