ChooseBroadcastorPoint-to-Point.
BroadcastmodeenablesdatatobesentfromtheES70toanynumberofremote
systems.Dataistherebyonlytransmittedtothesesystems.Theremotesystems
receivethedata,buttheES70doesnotreceiveanyreplyoracknowledgement
fromthem.
Point-to-PointmodeimpliesthattheES70isphysicallyconnectedonlytoone
singleremotesystem.Thevalueofsuchapermanentpoint-to-pointnetworkis
unimpededcommunicationsbetweenthetwoES70andtheremotesystem.A
completetwo-waycommunicationsystemisthenused.

DepthOutput
TheDepthOutputdialogisopenedfromtheDepthOutputbuttonontheSetupmenu.
Purpose
TheDepthOutputdialogisusedtosetuptheoutputofdepthdatafromtheES70toa
dedicatedcommunicationportonaspeciedformat.
Description
Thisdialogallowsyoutodenewhichport(serialorEthernet)tousefordepthoutput,
andwhichformattouse.YoucansetuptheES70toexportthedepthinformationon
morethanoneport.
TheES70mayoutputthecurrentdepthonseveralNMEAdatagramformats,aswellasa
numberofproprietaryformats.
