dialog.

ThetypeofannotationiscontrolledintheAnnotationdialog.

Annotationsmaybeaddedtotheechogramtopinpointspecialechoes,specialevents,

etc.AnannotationcanbeenteredmanuallyusingtheAnnotationdialog,ortheycanbe

importedfromperipheraldevices.

Theannotationsdenedarestoredwiththerawdataasannotationdatagrams.

Annotationscanonlybeaddedduringnormaloperation.

TheSimradES70offersseveral

informationpanes

toprovide

additionalanddetaileddata

fromtheES70presentation.

TheinformationpanesareopenedandclosedusingtheiconbuttonsontheTitleBar.

Inordertoopenaninformationpane,youmustrstclickinanechogrampresentationto

makeit“active”.Bydoingthisyouselectthefrequencychannel(transducer).Inmost

cases,thedataintheinformationpaneyouopenwillonlybevalidfortheselected

echogram.
