TheES70allowsyousaveyourusersettings.Youcansaveasmanysettingsasyoulike,

thenumberisonlylimitedbythesizeofyourharddisk.

AllparametersyouhavechosentosetuptheES70tosuityourpreferencesaresaved.

Youcanuseanyname-includingyourown-toidentifythesavedsettings.Whenever

required,youcanretrieveanysavedsetting,andcontinueyourwork.

ToresettheentireES70,youcanalsoretrievethefactorydefaultsettings.

Savingthecurrentusersettings

Thisprocedureexplainshowtosavethecurrentcongurationandparametersettings.

Ifyouhaveseveraluserswithfavouritecongurations,ifyouworkwithdifferentgears,

orwithdifferenthardwarecongurations,depthorbottomconditions,werecommend

thatyousavetheES70operationalparametersforfutureuse.

Procedure

1ObservetheMainmenu.ItisnormallylocatedontherighthandsideoftheES70

presentation.

2OntheMainmenu,clickUserSettingstoopentheUserSettingsdialog.

TheUserSettingsdialogallowsyoutosavethecurrentusersettings(parameter

selections),andtoretrievepreviouslysavedfactoryorusersettings.

3IntheUserSettingdialog,clicktheSaveCurrentSettingbutton.

4IntheSettingdialog,clickOKtoacceptthesuggestedname.

5Youcanalsochooseadifferentname.

IfyouhaveakeyboardconnectedtotheES70computer,youcanclickinthetext

eld,removethesuggestion,andenteranyname.

Tip

IfyoudonothaveacomputerkeyboardconnectedtoyourES70system,clickthe

Keyboardbuttontoopenanon-screenkeyboard.

ClickOKtosavethesettingswiththechosenname.

6ObservethatthenameyouhavechosenappearsontheSavedSettingslist.

7ClickOKtosavethecurrentsettingsandclosethedialog.
