bPowerupthewiththefrontmountedon/offbutton(behindthelid).
cAssoonastheBIOSstartstoload,pressF8tochoosebootdevice.
dWhenthebootdeviceselectiondialogopens,choosetheUSBmemorystick.
ItisnormallyidentiedasUSB:[nameofmemorystick]
eAllowthecomputertoboot.
fObservethattheNortonGhost8utilitystartsautomatically.
gClickOkintheNortonGhost8start-updialog.
2ClickLocal→Disk→Fromimage.
3ChoosefromwhichfolderontheUSBmemorysticktorestorethedata.
IfyouusethefactoryUSBmemorydevice,folderBackuphasbeenpreparedfor
thisuse.
4Choosethebackupletorestore.
5Choosetowhichdriveyouwishtorestorethedata.
UseDrive2.Thisisthelargestdrive.
6ClickOktoverifythedrivedetails.
7ClickY estoproceedwiththerestore.
8Waitfortherestoreprocesstonish.Thiswilltakesometimedependingonthe
sizeofthedata.
9ClickResetcomputerwhentherestorehasnished.
10AllowWindowstoboot.
11ClickY eswhenthecomputerwishestorestart.
12Whenthecomputerhasrestarted,proceedwithnormaloperation.
