•Port1:RS-232/422/485

•Port2:RS-232/422/485

•Port3:RS-422/485

•Port4:RS-422/485

Note

Bymanufacturerdefault,alltheseserialconnectionsaresettoRS-422format.Inorder

tochangethistoRS-232orRS-485format,dedicatedjumpersorDIPswitchesmustbe

changed.

Notethatonlyports1and2supportRS-232format.

JumperandDIPswitchsettings

Usethe10-pinjumperarraysandthetwoDIPswitchestosetports1and2toRS-232,

RS-422,orRS-485.UsethetwoDIPswitchestosetports3and4toRS-422orRS-485.

•RS–232:InordertousePort1(COM2)orPort2(COM3)asRS-232interfaces,the

relevantjumperarraysforPort1orPort2mustbemoved.Notethatports3and4

donotsupportRS-232format.

•RS-422:AllfourportscanbesettoRS-422usingthetwojumpersandtheright-hand

DIPswitchS2.

•RS-485:AllfourportscanbesettoRS-485usingthetwojumpersandtheright-hand

DIPswitchS2.Additionally,eachportcanbeselectedfora2-wireor4-wire

connectiontypeusingtheleft-handDIPswitchS1.
