3A“historyle”isrecordedautomaticallyandcontinuously.Whentheleisfull,it
willstarttooverwritetheoldestdata,thuscreatinga“ringbuffer”.Toplaybackthe
historyle,clicktheHistorybuttonontheTitleBar.
Thisprocedureexplainshowtostorerawechogram
data.Eachsequenceofrawdataoftenregardedas
a“line”duringasurveycontainsasetofechogram
datasavedondigitalformat.Oncesaved,youcanplay
backthisdatajustasifitwas“normal”echogramdata.
Note
Rawdataleswillnormallybecomeverylarge.Ifyou
wishtorecordlargeamountsofechogramrawdata,makesurethatyouhaveenough
spaceonyouharddisk.Unlessyourcomputerisequippedwithaverylargeharddisk
capacity,werecommendthatyousavetherawdatatoanexternalstoragedevice.

(ifany).
