Thisdialogisusedtodenevariousparametersassociatedwiththebottom
detection.Theseincludethedepthrange,wheretheES70searchesforthebottom.
3SetMinimumDepthandMaximumDepthtovaluestforthedepthatyourcurrent
location.
Note
Ifyousetmaximumdepthtoavalueidenticalorsmallerthantheminimumvalue,
thebottomdetectionalgorithmwillbedisabled.TheES70willthennotbeableto
detectthebottomatall,andthedisplayeddepthwillbe0.00m
4ClickOKtosavethecurrentsettingsandclosethedialog.

2Observethatthecurrentcolourscaleisshown.
Bydefaultyouhave64or12coloursavailabletopresentthe
echograms,andaselectionofpalettes.Thecolourscalecanbe
retrievedanytimebyclickingtheColourScaleiconontheTitleBar.

sub-menu.
Youcanlterouttheweakestechoesbymanuallymodifyingthecolourthreshold.
