1TheEchogramdialogallowsyoutosetupthe
parameterscontrollingtheechogrampresentation.
Thethreetabscontrolthehorizontallines,the
echogramtypewithappliedTVG,andhowfast
theechogrammovesacrossthedisplay.
2ThepurposeoftheTVGbuttonistoallowyou
tochangetheTVGcurveforthereceivedechoes.
3ThePing-PingFilterremovesunwantednoiseand
echoesfromtheechogrampresentation.
4TheBottomGainsettingcontrolsthegainb

thedetectedbottomdepth.
5TheSizeDistributiondialogallowsyoutosetup
theparametersforthehistogrampresentedinthe
SizeDistributioninformationpane.
6ThepurposeoftheBottomDetectordialogisused
todenetheupperandlowerdepthlimitsmost
likelytobeusedduringtheES70operation.Inthisdialog,youcanalsomodifythe
settingforBottomBacksteptochangethebottomdetectionrelativetothebottom
echo.
