1ThepurposeoftheOperationfunctionistocontrol
theoperationalmodeoftheES70.Youcansetit
toNormal,ReplayorInactive.
2ThepurposeofthePingfunctionistoenableor
disabletheES70audiotransmissionsintothe
water(“pinging”).
3ThePingModefunctionisusedtocontrolhow
oftentheES70shalltransmitsitsenergyintothe
water.
4UsethePingIntervalfunctiontochoosethetime
(inmilliseconds)betweeneachtransmission(ping)
whenPingModeissettoInterval.
5ThepurposeoftheNormalOperationdialogis
toprovideanoverviewofthecurrenttransceiver
parameters,andtoprovideyouwiththeabilityto
changethem.
6TheRecordfunctionallowsyoutorecordtheunprocessedtransducersignals,and
savethemontheinternalharddisk.Thelescanlaterbecopiedormovedtoother
recordablemedia.
