Splitbeamtransceiverscontainonlyonechanneleach.Theupperpartofthe
TransceiverInstallationdialogdisplaysalistoffrequencychannelswhicheitherare,
orhavebeen,installedontheES70.Foreachchannel,astatuslabelisprovided.
•Busy:Thefrequencychannelisalreadyinuse,probablybyanotherechosounder
onthesamenetwork.Youcannotconnecttothischannel.
•Installed:ThisfrequencychannelisconnectedtoyouES70system.
•Lost:Thisfrequencychannelcannotbeused.
4Onthefrequencychannelyouwishtodisconnect,setthetransducertypetoNone.
5ObservethatthestatusfortherelevantfrequencychannelschangestoAvailable.
6ClickOKtosavethecurrentsettingsandclosethedialog.
HowtomodifyanIPaddress
ThetransceiversareprovidedbySimradreadilysetupwithaxedEthernetaddressand
anIPaddress.IfyourES70usestwotransceiverswithidenticalfrequencies,thesewill
bydefaulthavedifferentEthernetaddresses,butidenticalIPaddresses.Inorderforyour
systemtowork,alltransceiversmusthaveuniqueIPaddresses.

2ClickInstallationtoopentheInstallationsub-menu.
