1ClicktheSetupiconundertheMainmenutoopentheSetupsub-menu.
2ClickInstallationtoopentheInstallationsub-menu.
Onthesub-menu,clickTransceiverInstallationtoopentheTransceiverInstallation
dialog.
3IntheTransceiverInstallationdialog,clickBrowse.
TheES70willautomaticallysearchthenetworkforavailabletransceivers.
4Observethatavailablefrequencychannelsarelistedinthedialog.
Eachtransceivercontainsoneormoref
r e q u e n c y c h a n n e l s .Thephraseisusedto
identifythecombinationofatransceiver,transducersandthefrequenciesoffered.
Splitbeamtransceiverscontainonlyonechanneleach.Theupperpartofthe
TransceiverInstallationdialogdisplaysalistoffrequencychannelswhicheitherare,
orhavebeen,installedontheES70.Foreachchannel,astatuslabelisprovided.
•Busy:Thefrequencychannelisalreadyinuse,probablybyanotherechosounder
onthesamenetwork.Youcannotconnecttothischannel.
•Installed:ThisfrequencychannelisconnectedtoyouES70system.
•Lost:Thisfrequencychannelcannotbeused.
5Selectafrequencychannelthatisavailable,andchoosethecorrecttransducerin
thespinbox.
Note
Thisisacriticaltask.Youmustensurethatthecorrecttransducerisselected.If
youconnectthetransceivertoatransducerthatcannothandlethepowerrating,it
maybedamagedbeyondrepair .
6ObservethatthestatusfortherelevantfrequencychannelschangestoInstalled.
7ClickOKtosavethecurrentsettingsandclosethedialog.
