setupinavarietyofcongurationstosuitindividualneedsforoperationalfrequencies,

transducersandoperationalfacilities.Itisnotpracticaltodenespeciccableplansfor

allthesecongurations.

Basiccableplansprovided

Toillustratethevarietyofcongurations,thefollowingbasiccableplansareprovided:

•StandardsetupwithonecomputerandoneGeneralPurposeTransceiver.

•StandardsetupwithonecomputerandmorethanoneGeneralPurposeTransceiver.

Note

TheGeneralPurposeTransceiver(GPT)usedbytheSimradES70Fishndingecho

soundercanbesetuptoworkwithmaximumfour-4-operationalfrequencies.This

meansthatyoucanusefoursinglefrequencytransceivers(singleorsplitbeam),two

dualfrequencytransceivers,oranycombinationsofthese.
