Afairing(A),madebytheshipyard,isplacedbetweenthetransducerandthehull.Itis
requiredinordertoadaptforthedeadriseangleofthehull,anditwillalsohouseacable
serviceloop(B).Thefairingcanbemadeofwoodorsteel,andshouldhavethesame
outlinedimensionsasthetransducer.Remembertocreateanairoutlet(E)onthefairing,
andtolltheboltholeswithallingcompoundtoensureasmoothtransducersurface.
