Setup your camera by SiMPNiC App 1. Preparation ① Download SiMPNiC App Scan QR code to download the latest version of SiMPNiC App on App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). ② Connect your mobile to Wi-Fi 2.4GHz network Please install your camera within Wi-Fi signal range. ※ Live video quality is related to Wi-Fi signal quality. ③ Plug in micro USB cable and USB power adapter to power on your camera.
2. Connect your camera to Wi-Fi router ④ Open SiMPNiC App and follow the instructions to setup your account. ⑤ Select “Smart Camera” and follow the steps accordingly. ⑥ Hold reset button for 6 seconds. It will take about 1 minute to reset and reboot. The LED indicator will blink red.
⑦ Double check your Wi-Fi SSID and enter your Wi-Fi password. ※ Your camera can only connect to Wi-Fi 2.4GHz. ⑧ SiMPNiC App will generate a QR Code automatically. Enable your camera to scan the QR code on your mobile (around 10-15 cm). ⑨ The LED indicator will blink blue and you will hear a signal tone.
⑩ The LED indicator will light in solid blue and you will hear another signal tone. ※ If LED indicator constantly blinks blue for some time and you hear the signal tone repeatedly, please try again from step ⑥ and reset your camera. ⑪ Confirm “LED indicator is solid blue” and click “Next”.
3. Add your Camera to SiMPNiC App ⑫ SiMPNiC App will find your camera automatically. ※ You can also scan the QR code on camera bottom label to add your camera to SiMPNiC App. ⑬ Login with default password “admin” and setup a new password. ※ Please save your password carefully. ⑭ You will find your camera in the list. LED Indicator Status Dim blue | Solid red Red blinking Power on and initiating the camera. Standby to scan QR Code for establishing Wi-Fi connection.
