RF Detection Commands
UNIVERGE WL Control System automatically performs RF detection scans on
enabled and disabled radios to detect rogue access points. A rogue access point is
a BSSID (MAC address associated with an SSID) that does not belong to a
UNIVERGE WL Control System device and is not a member of the ignore list
configured on the seed UNIVERGE WL Controller of the Mobility Domain.
UNIVERGE WL Control System can issue countermeasures against rogue
devices to prevent clients from being able to use them.
You can configure RF detection parameters on individual UNIVERGE WL
Controller.
