Usage
If you plan to use SVP, you also must configure an ACL to mark CoS in
SVP traffic. (See the “Enabling Prioritization for Legacy Voice over IP” section in
the “Configuring and Managing Security ACLs” chapter of the Configuration
Guide.)
Examples
The following command changes the QoS mode for radio profile rp1
to SVP:
PROPMT# set radio-profile rp1 qos-mode svp
success: change accepted.

set radio-profile rate-enforcement
Configures UNIVERGE WL Control System to enforce data rates, which means
that a connecting client must transmit at one of the mandatory or standard rates in
order to associate with the UNIVERGE WL Access Point.
Syntax
set radio-profile name rate-enforcement {enable | disable}
Defaults
Data rate enforcement is disabled by default.
Access
Enabled.
Usage
Each type of radio (802.11a, 802.11b, and 802.11g) providing service to
an SSID has a set of radio rates allowed for use when sending beacons, multicast
frames, and unicast data. You can configure the rate set for each type of radio,
specifying rates in three categories:
name Radio profile name.
enable
Enables data rate enforcement for the radios in the radio
profile.
disable
Disables data rate enforcement for the radios in the radio
profile.
