Underflow When the counter reaches 0000h

Interrupt Generation
When an interrupt event occurs in the EV module, the corresponding interrupt
flag in one of the EV interrupt flag registers is set to 1. A peripheral interrupt
request is generated to the Peripheral Interrupt Expansion controller, if the flag
is locally unmasked (the corresponding bit in EVAIMRx is set to 1).
