Check, and renew.

Slacken until adjustment is correct.
Tighten, until adjustment is correct.
Dismantle forks and renew bushes.
Check oil content of front forks.
Check whether units still have damping
action.
Raise suspension unit adjustment one notch.
Slacken yoke clamps, and fork top bolts.
Pump fork several times then retighten from
bottom upwards.
Dismantle and renew bushes and pivot shaft.
