WARNING: Disconnect primary power prior to servicing.
Section 2 Installation
DAX-1/DAX-3
NOTE:
For the next 2 steps see Figure 2-3, above, for reference.
STEP 5 Disconnect the B+ Supply by pulling apart the gray Wago connector J1/
P1 (white wire pair, passing through square slot on left) and pull up
through slot into PS chassis
STEP 6 Unscrew Safety Ground cable (#98, green with yellow stripe) where it
connects to the safety ground block, E10 on floor of transmitter, and pull
up through square slot into PS chassis
STEP 7 Make sure all cables and connectors are cleared, and adjust any as
needed, then carefully slide chassis to rear as far as necessary to provide
access
STEP 8 Connect AC Power Cable to CB1 and E1 as shown in section "2.3.4.2.2
Top Entry" on page 2-14 or "2.3.4.2.3 Bottom Entry" on page 2-14,
below, for complete procedure
To reinstall power supply chassis after the AC Power Cable has been secured:
STEP 9 Make sure all cables and connectors are cleared, and adjust any as
needed, then carefully slide chassis back into transmitter cabinet - See
important CAUTION below

CAUTION:
IF THE TOP ENTRY METHOD IS USED IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO PULL THE
POWER CABLE BACK UP, FROM THE AC ENTRY POINT, AS YOU SLIDE THE
POWER SUPPLY CHASSIS BACK IN. IF THIS IS NOT DONE THE EXCESS
CABLE INSIDE THE PS CHASSIS COULD DAMAGE PS CONTROLLER BOARD
COMPONENTS.
STEP 10
Pull down and reconnect Safety Ground cable to safety ground block
E10 on floor of DAX
STEP 11 Reconnect B+ Supply connectors
STEP 12 Pull up, through corresponding slots, and reconnect 2 cables to J2 and J3
STEP 13 Replace 2 rear top screws
STEP 14 Replace 2 front grounding screws
