equipment chassis, audio cables should have the shield connected to ground on one side
only.
2.3.3.1 Grounding Connections
NOTE:
Once the transmitter has been correctly positioned it will be necessary to remove
the Front panel, Rear panel, and Fan panel for access to the transmitter connec-
tions. The Main Transformer top will also need to be removed for transformer
wiring in the following steps.
A ground strap attachment block, E10, is located on
the left rear floor (as viewed from the rear) of the
cabinet. Use this connection when utilizing a single
point grounding system, attaching your ground strap
to this common grounding point.
STEP 1 Route a 2" copper strap into the DAX
at the location of the cutout in the Fan
Panel (as shown in picture to the right)
STEP 2 Secure to the grounding block
