Place the Top A upside on a flat, smooth surface.
2. Place the Base B on the Top A and align the holes.
3.
Use six Allen Key Bolts 1 ,

Washers 2 and si
x
Lock Washers 3
to attach Top A and Base B .
4.
Use Allen Key 4 to tighten Bolts. Do not over tighten.
