1. Place the Top A upside on a flat smooth surface.
2. Place the Base B on the Top A and align the holes.
3. Use four Allen key Bolts 1 and four Washers 2 and four Lock Washers 3
to attach Top A and Base B .
4. Use Allen Key 4 to tighten Bolts. Do not over tighten.
