1. Attach Handrails B to Top A .
2. Use Eight
Bolts 1 , Eight Washers 2 and Eight Lock Washers 3
to attach Top A and Handrail B .
(Four Bolts, Four Washers and Four Lock Washers on each
3. Use Allen Key 4 to tighten Bolts. Do not over tighten.
