MODEL # 3AXCRIV-05 STEP 1 P1 2 1 3 4 B A 1. Align one Leg B to Bottom Shelf A by matching the letters P1 to P1. 2. Use three Allen Key Bolts 1 , three Lock Washers 3 and three Washers 4 to attach Top A and Leg B . 3. Use Allen Key 2 to tighten bolts. Do not over-tighten.
MODEL # 3AXCRIV-05 STEP 2 P2 B 4 3 1 2 A B 1. Align other Leg B to Bottom Shelf A by matching the letters P2 to P2 . 2. Use three Allen Key Bolts 1 , three Lock Washers 3 and three Washers 4 to attach Top A and Leg B . 3. Use Allen Key 2 to tighten bolts. Do not over-tighten.
MODEL # 3AXCRIV-05 STEP 3 X A X C B A B 1. Place TV stand assembly on its side on a flat smooth surface. 2. Slide Top C in leg slots.

Use three Allen Key Bolts 1 , three Lock Washers 3 and three Washers 4 to attach Leg B and Top C . 3. Use Allen Key 2 to tighten bolts. Do not over-tighten. Note: Levelers on bottom of legs can be adjusted if floor is uneven.
