ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-03 STEP 1 1. Attach 4 Cam Lock Pins 3 to pre-drilled holes at back of Drawer Front K . 2. Align Cam Lock Pins with pre-drilled holes and attach Drawer Sides L . 3. Insert 2 Cam Locks 3 into pre-drilled holes on each Drawer Side L . 4. Use flathead screwdriver to secure Cam Locks. STEP 2 1. Slide Drawer Bottom N firmly into slots on Drawer Sides L and Drawer Front K .
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-03 STEP 3 1. Align Drawer Back M with Drawer Bottom N and press firmly into slot . 2. Attach Drawer Back using 2 Allen Key Screws 2 through pre-drilled holes on each Side L . 3. Use Allen Key 5 to tighten screws. Do not over-tighten. STEP 4 NOTE: The screwdriver is not included in the hardware pack. 1. Use Phillips screwdriver to attach Handle 4 to Drawer Front K . Repeat Step 1-4 for the other three drawers.
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-03 STEP 5 1. Attach Bottom Frame B to Divider F using 3 Allen Key Screws 2 .Tighten Screws 2 by Allen Key 5 . 2. Attach Top Shelfs C to Divider F using 6 Allen Key Bolts 1 ( 3 Bolts / each Shelf ). 3. Use Allen Key 5 to tighten bolts. Do not over-tighten.
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-03 STEP 6 NOTE: The screwdriver is not included in the hardware pack. 1. Attach Top Shelfs C and Bottom Frame B to Sides D & Side E using 12 Allen Key Bolts 1 through indicated holes ( 6 Bolts / each Side ). 2. Use Allen Key 5 to tighten bolts. Do not over-tighten. 3. Attach Bottom Support Leg I to Bottom Frame B using 4 Phillip Screws 7 .
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-03 STEP 7 1. Attach Top A to Side E and Side D using 6 Allen Key Bolts 1 ( 3 Bolts / each part ). Use Allen Key 5 to tighten bolts. 2. Attach Top A to Divider F using 3 Allen Key Screws 1 . 3. Use Allen Key 5 to tighten screws. Do not over-tighten.
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-03 STEP 8 1. Attach the upper Back Panel G to back frame by using Phillips Screws 6 . Only 1st top row of screws ( 7 Screws ) to be screwed in advance. 2. Insert the lower Back Panel H into the slot of Plastic Joining Strip 11 . 3. Insert the entire set of Step 2 into bottom edge of upper Back Panel G and tighten by screws 6 .
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-03 STEP 9 NOTE: The screwdriver is not included in the hardware pack. 1. Attach hinges on Top Shelf C to Flip Down Door J using Phillips Screw 10 . 2. Attach Latch 9 to Divider F and Flip Down Door J using Phillip Screws 8 into guide holes. 3. Use a Phillips screwdriver to attach Handles 4 to Flip Down Door J through pre-drilled holes.
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-03 STEP 10 1. Insert assembled drawers into glides on assembled table.
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-03 NOTE: Injuries and damage can occur from furniture tip-over. It is important to use the safety bracket included. If the tipping restraint kit is not in the box, please contact our customer service department in order to obtain another kit before using the furniture. STEP 11 NOTE: The screwdriver is not included in the hardware pack. 1. To attach Tipping Restraint 12 , follow instructions on Tipping Restraint package.
