ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-01 STEP 1 1. Insert 4 Allen Key Bolts 1 into inserted nut on each Headboard A and Footboard B . 2. Use Allen Key 3 to tighten bolts. Only tighten ½ length of Bolts.
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-01 STEP 2 1. Attach Sides C to Headboard A and Footboard B by inserting the hooks into the Bolts 1 on Headboard and Footboard. 3. Use Allen Key 3 to tighten bolts. Do not over-tighten.
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-01 STEP 3 1. Attach Center Legs E to Center Rail D using 2 Allen Key Bolts 2 ( one Bolt on each Leg ). 2. Use Allen Key 3 to tighten bolts. Do not over-tighten. Note: Levelers on bottom of legs can be adjusted if floor is uneven.
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-01 STEP 4 1. Align and insert one end of Center Rail D to support on Footboard B . 2. Align and insert other end of Center Rail D to support on Headboard A . 3. Fix the Center Rail D to Headboard A and Footboard B by Phillips Screws 5 through pre-drilled holes. 4. Use Phillips screwdriver to tighten screws. Do not over-tighten.
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-01 STEP 5 1. Spread the slats evenly onto the bed frame. 2. Insert Plastic Connectors 5 into one end of each Slat F . 3. Insert Plastic Connectors 6 into the other end of connecting both sets Slats F .
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCART-01 STEP 6 1. Align and insert the pins on Plastic Connector 5 and Plastic Connector 6 into the holes indicated on Side Rail C and Center Rail D .
