YoucanconfigureICStonormalizethedatainthesefiles.Normalizationisaprocessby
whichtherangeofintensityvaluesfor
aBeadChipstripeistransformedtomatchatarget
range.Thisresultsinfasterdownstreamprocessingtimesandoptimizedworkflow.
Normalizeddataandassociatedgenotypecallsaresavedingenotypecall(*.gtc)files.
ICSincludesanautomatedgenotypecallingfeature,calledAutoConvert,that
automaticallyconverts*.idatfilesto*.gtcfilesduring
scanning,onaperchipbasis,for
