4. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The hydraulic pipes have to be tied up to the chassis and the
caravanoor.
Take care while bending the pipes. Be sure there are no kinks
in the pipes, this will damage the pipes (see g. 7).

Install the hydraulic pump in the middle of the cara-
van oor underside. Smear a small amount of glue on the
wooden multiplex plate (15x15 cms) and screw it against the
caravan oor underside, on the previously selected location. Fix
the hydraulic pump against the wooden plate.
Be sure that the hole in the pump cover is corresponding
with the pressure release valve on the pump. In case of a
malfunction, the pressure release valve can be operated
through this hole. Don’t exceed 1/4 of a turn of the pressure
release bolt. The pressure will be released and the drive
rollers can be pushed back from the tyres.

Lead the pipes and the electric cables through the holes of the
pumpcoverandxthemagainstthecaravanoorunderside,freeof
moving suspension parts.
Be sure when closing the cover, that the pipes are free and
not squeezed or knicked.
