Mounting clamps

• Wheneverythingisinonestraightlineandthedistancebetweenthedriverollerandtyreisbetween

 15-20mm,youcantightentheboltsAandBusingatorqueof70Nm.

• Checknowifthedistancebetweenthedriverollerandthetyreisstillthesame.Adjustthedistance

if needed.

• WhenthedistanceisOK,youcantightentheboltsCusingatorqueof70Nm.Theseboltspreventthe

 moversfromslidingback.InsomecasestheM10mmatwashershavetoberemovedtoget 

maximum pressure on the caravan chassis.

• Tightenthe4boltslocatedonthecrossbarofthemoverunitwith25Nm.andsecurethemwiththe

nuts.

• Slidethemotorcablesintotheblackprotectionhoseandtiethemagainstthecaravanchassis.
