NL UK De bevestigingsklemmen • Als alles in één lijn staat en de afstand tussen de aandrijfrol en de band 15-20 mm is, draai dan de bouten A (zie figuur 2) en vervolgens de bouten B (zie figuur 2) vast met een moment van 70 Nm. Vervolgens de borgbouten C (zie figuur 2) aandraaien met 70 Nm. Let op, in sommige gevallen dient men de sluitring van borgbout C te verwijderen, om een betere grip op het chassis te krijgen.

NL UK 4. HYDRAULISCH SYSTEEM Montage van de Easymatic uitvoering Bij het bevestigen van de hydraulische leidingen dient men erop te letten dat er geen scherpe bochten worden gemaakt (zie figuur 7), dit om te voorkomen dat de leidingen gaan knikken. Zorg dat de leidingen niet knikken Zorg er ook voor dat de bescherm dopjes te allen tijde op de leidingen blijven zitten gedurende de installatie. Bij het monteren in het kleppenhuis dienen deze verwijderd te worden.
NL UK Om de afdichtstoppen uit het kleppenblok te verwijderen dient men eerst de borgbouten A (zie figuur 10) los te draaien. Let op dat er geen vuil in de openingen komt. Dit kan schade aan het systeem veroorzaken. Draai de borgbouten er uit, een paar slagen is voldoende om de afdichtstoppen te verwijderen. A figuur 10 Verwijder de beschermdoppen van de leidingen (zie figuur 11), ook hierbij dient men op te passen dat er geen vuil in of op de leidingen komt.
NL UK 5. ELEKTRISCHE INSTALLATIE BELANGRIJK! Bij aanvang van de montage van de elektrische installatie, dient men ervoor te zorgen dat de accu niet is aangesloten. Dit om kortsluiting tijdens de werkzaamheden te voorkomen. Plaats de ontvanger (zo dicht mogelijk bij de accu) aan de binnenzijde van de caravan. De aansluitpunten van de ontvanger zijn duidelijk gemerkt, (zie figuur 13) vanaf de batterij is de rode draad + en de zwarte –. Maak gebruik van de bijgeleverde hoofdschakelaar.

NL UK 6. GEBRUIKERSHANDLEIDING U bent in het bezit van de SimPark® caravan mover. Gelieve de onderstaande punten goed door te lezen voor een optimaal en veilig gebruik van de caravan mover. Wanneer u voor het eerst met een gemotoriseerde parkeerhulp gaat werken, adviseren wij u de volgende punten aandachtig door te lezen.
NL UK Aanzetten ontvanger (ECU) Zonder handzender Na het inschakelen van de accuspanning gaat de ECU aan en produceert 1x een piepje. Als er geen handzender herkend wordt gaat de ECU direct in de slaapstand. Stroomverbruik in de slaapstand is 90mA. Met handzender Na het herkennen van de handzender komt de ECU uit de slaapstand. De ECU doet een Relais en Fet test waarbij het de relais in en uitschakelt. Na 1x een piepje gaan de ventilatoren aan. Stroomverbruik in stand-by stand is 330mA.
NL UK Veiligheidsaanwijzingen • Oefen op een terrein dat vrij is van geparkeerde auto’s en/of andere obstakels. • Zorg dat er absoluut geen kinderen in de buurt zijn van de caravan tijdens het rangeren. • Wanneer men de aandrijfrollen van de handmatige versie aanbrengt dient men ervoor te zorgen dat de hoofdschakelaar uitgeschakeld is. Let er op dat er geen steentjes of andere scherpe voorwerpen zich tussen de aandrijfrollen en de banden bevinden.
NL UK De “Easymatic” automatische uitvoering Wegrijdbeveiliging Als de stekker van de caravan op de trekhaak aansluiting van de auto is aangesloten zal een 12 volt impuls vanuit de trekhaak contactdoos de hydraulica bediening uitschakelen. Het bedienen van de aandrijfrollen is dan tijdens het rijden niet mogelijk.
NL UK 7. GEBRUIKERSHANDLEIDING Garantievoorwaarden De garantieperiode is 4 jaar en geldt voor alle SimPark® onderdelen, mits een garantieformulier en een kopie van het aankoopbewijs is opgestuurd. De garantie is niet overdraagbaar. De garantie geeft de koper een extra zekerheid bij het eventueel niet functioneren van het systeem. Zij beperken de rechten van de koper niet, maar verruimt deze.

NL UK Mounting clamps • When everything is in one straight line and the distance between the drive roller and tyre is between 15 - 20 mm, you can tighten the bolts A and B using a torque of 70 Nm. • Check now if the distance between the drive roller and the tyre is still the same. Adjust the distance if needed. • When the distance is OK, you can tighten the bolts C using a torque of 70 Nm. These bolts prevent the movers from sliding back.

NL UK 4. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM Installation of the Easymatic version The hydraulic pipes have to be tied up to the chassis and the caravan floor. Do not kink the pipes Take care while bending the pipes. Be sure there are no kinks in the pipes, this will damage the pipes (see fig. 7). fig. 7 Release valve Install the hydraulic pump in the middle of the caravan floor underside.
NL UK To remove the transportation blocks, unscrew the bolts A as shown on the picture (see fig. 10), using the proper wrench. Be sure no dirt is coming in the intakes. This may damage the system. Turn the bolts out completely, to remove the transportation blocks. A fig. 10 Remove the protection covers from the pipes. Be carefull that dirt does not enter the pipes. This will cause damage to the hydraulic system. Be sure that the pipes are fitted straight into the system.
NL UK 5. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION IMPORTANT! Before you start the installation of the electronic parts, be sure that the battery has been disconnected to prevent short circuits during installation. • • • Place the ECU (as close as possible near the battery) on the inside of the caravan. The connection points on the ECU are clearly marked, (see fig.13) The battery positive + is the RED wire and negative - is the BLACK wire.

NL UK 6. USERS MANUAL You became the owner of a the SimPark® caravan mover. Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure optimal and safely use of the caravan mover. If u use the motorized parking device for the first time, we recommend you read the following information carefully. Functions remote control Drive direction fig.
NL UK Switch on the ECU Without remote controller After turning on the battery power, the ECU will be activated and 1 beep will be audible. If the remote controller has not been recognized, the ECU will turn into sleeping mode. Power consumption in standby mode will be 90mA. With controller When the remote controller has been recognized, the ECU will be activated. The ECU will test the Relay and Fets by switching the relay on and off. After 1 beep the cool fan’s will be activated.
NL UK Safety precautions • Practice in an area which is free from parked cars and/or other obstacles. • Be sure that there are NO children playing near the caravan during operation. • Before moving the drive rollers into position, be sure there are no stones or other sharp objects between the drive rollers and the tyres. • Do not stay too far from the caravan so you will be able to quickly interfere if necessary. A distance of 4 meters is sufficient.
NL UK The “Easymatic” automatic version External buzzer output: The connection for an external buzzer, for extra safety, will go together with the internal buzzer. The maximum consumption of this buzzer may not exceed 0,5 Amp. Tow hitch safety feature: Pin 9 of the 13 pole tow hook socket is a permanent power cable. This cable has to be connected to pin 6 of the ECU. Pin 13 of the tow hook socket is the negative cable, this has to be connected to pin 5 of the ECU.
NL UK Maintenance We recommend an annual inspection and lubricating of the moving parts carried out by your caravan dealer. The electronic components do not require any maintenance. 7. WARRANTY CONDITIONS The warranty period is 4 years and applies to all SimPark® parts as long as they are accompanied by a completed warranty form and a copy of your purchase invoice, signed by your dealer. The warranty is nontransferable.
