2.2 HELP Command
The HELP command displays the format for all legal BSCTRAN commands. It takes no
argument. Figure 2–2 is an example of the
HELP command. In the figure, square brack-
ets [ ] are used to indicate optional fields for commands. After the device name and link
number have been established, the use of brackets is optional on subsequent com-
mands.
Note
The DEFAULT command options [/[NO]PRINT], [/[NO]BATCH], and
[/[NO]LOG[=n]] do not apply to UNIX.
