The software installation procedures described in this chapter refer to file names that
include a
ppp identifier to indicate a specific protocol. Tab le 2 2 shows the ppp
identifiers for various protocols. For example,
pppalp translates to awsalp for AWS,
fmpalp for FMP, or spsalp for protocol toolkit.
On UNIX systems, all default directories are installed under
/usr/local/freeway. On VMS
systems, they are installed under
SYS$SYSDEVICE:[FREEWAY]. On Windows NT sys-
tems, they are installed under
C:\freeway.
