Phenomena Causes Solutions
Move the Bluetooth headphones closer to the
transmitter. Please note that work range is decided
by both devices on both ends. You may test the
workrange of your Bluetooth headphones with your
cell phone, for example.
Reset the transmitter and Bluetooth devices. /
Clear pairing history and repair.
Remove obstacles, and put the transmitter away
from the interference sources, including Router/
smart WiFi TV/TV sticks/WiFi TV box…, if any.
Make sure the connection is firm between the
transmitter and TV/other audio source.
Check by using another audio cable.
Unstable Bluetooth
connection.
Faulty audio out port.
Loose audio cable
connection between TV
and transmitter.

Check by connecting to another audio
source, or check via wired headphones if you are

Phenomena Causes Solutions
No sound
Check TV Audio setting. Set TV Sound Output to
“External Speakers” or other suitable settings.
(Settings depends on TV brand and model.)
Check TV audio format setting. When performing the
digital optical connection, please remember to set
TV Audio Format to PCM. (Settings depends on TV
brand and model.)
Check by connecting to another audio
source, or check via a wired headset if you are using
the AUX port for connection.
SIMOLIO
Increase your TV volume.
Unplug the AUX cable and make sure that “USB”
audio input is selected.
TV audio output is disabled
or not activated.
The audio out format of TV
and TV related AV devices
is not set to PCM.
TV volume is turned down
to ZERO.
When using the transmitter
on a PC/laptop, the AUX
cable and the USB cable
are connecting to the
transmitter simultaneously.
The audio out port of the
connected audio device is
defective (no signal out ).
