Limited Warranty
SIMERwarrantsto theoriginalconsumerpurchaser("Purchaser"or "You")of itsproductsthattheyarefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
for aperiodof twelve(12)monthsfromthedateoftheoriginalconsumerpurchase.
If,withintwelve(12)monthsfromtheoriginalconsumerpurchase,anysuchproductshallprovetobedefective,it shallberepairedorreplacedat
SIMER'soption,subjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthbelow.Theoriginalpurchasereceiptandproductwarrantyinformationlabelarerequired
to determinewarrantyeligibility.Eligibilityis basedonpurchasedateoforiginalproduct- notthedateof replacementunderwarranty.Thewarrantyis
limitedto repairor replacementofproductonly- Purchaserpaysall removal,installation,labor,shipping,andincidentalcharges.

Claimsmadeunderthiswarrantyshallbemadebyreturningtheproduct(exceptsewagepumps,seebelow)to theretailoutletwhereit waspurchased
immediatelyafterthediscoveryofanyallegeddefect.SIMERwill subsequentlytakecorrectiveactionaspromptlyasreasonablypossible.Norequests
for servicewill beacceptedif receivedmorethan30daysafterthewarrantyexpires.
Warrantydoesnotapplytoproductsusedincommercial/rentalapplications.
Sewage Pumps
DONOTreturnasewagepump(thathasbeeninstalled)to yourretailstore.ContactSIMERCustomerService.Sewagepumpsthathaveseenservice
andbeenremovedcarryacontaminationhazardwiththem.
Ifyoursewagepumphasfailed:

_, Forwarrantypurposes,returnthepump'scordtagandoriginalreceiptof purchasetotheretailstore;

Youmustpayall laborandshippingchargesnecessaryto replaceproductcoveredbythiswarranty.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplytothefollowing:(1)
actsof God;(2)productswhich,in SIMER'ssolejudgement,havebeensubjectto negligence,abuse,accident,misapplication,tampering,oralteration;
(3)failuresdueto improperinstallation,operation,maintenanceorstorage;(4)atypicalorunapprovedapplication,useorservice;(5)failurescaused
bycorrosion,rustorotherforeignmaterialsin thesystem,oroperationatpressuresin excessof recommendedmaximums.
ThiswarrantysetsforthSIMER'ssoleobligationandpurchaser'sexclusiveremedyfor defectiveproducts.
SIMERSHALLNOTBELIABLEFORANYCONSEQUENTIAL,INCIDENTAL,ORCONTINGENTDAMAGESWHATSOEVER.
THEFOREGOINGWARRANTIESAREEXCLUSIVEANDINLIEUOFALLOTHEREXPRESSANDIMPLIEDWARRANTIES,INCLUDINGBUTNOTLIMITED
TOTHEIMPLIEDWARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESSFORA PARTICULARPURPOSE.THEFOREGOINGWARRANTIESSHALLNOT
EXTENDBEYONDTHEDURATIONPROVIDEDHEREIN.
Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationof incidentalor consequentialdamagesorlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,so
theabovelimitationsorexclusionsmaynotapplytoYou.ThiswarrantygivesYouspecificlegalrightsandYoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvary
fromstatetostate.
