3.1 Power Supply
Pin 19 and pin 20 are VBAT power input.
On VBAT pads, when module works on CAT-M1 or NB-IoT mode, the ripple current is up to 0.5A typically.
For steady voltage, the power supply capability must be up to 0.5A.

3.1.1 Power Supply Design Guide
In the user's design, special attention must be paid to the design of the power supply to ensure that the drop
of VBAT is not less than 2.5V even when the module's current consumption reaches the instantaneous
maximum. If the voltage drop is less than 2.5V, the module may shut down due to the low voltage.
The following figure shows the recommended circuit.
